Is it how software engineers work? well, maybe this is how Mark Zuckerberg released the first version of Facebook but in a real software team, this is not how it works!

In this post I'd like to go over some of the things that you should watch for in code reviews, not only because of the quality of your software; It affects your culture and the productivity of your team. There is a lot of things that you can track by looking at Code Reviews as a manager. 😎

Have you ever been in a meeting and you were speaking about something and somebody asked an irrelevant question? Have you ever decided to do something as a manager in a meeting and later you found you didn't understand the problem in the meeting and your decision was a completely wrong one? Or another type of a frustrating meeting is when you're in a room and you feel like everybody is saying the same thing but there is not an agreement yet!

In this post I'd like to talk about the techniques I found useful when I'm in a meeting.
